Open the MindBook app → go to Settings → Privacy Boundaries. Toggle "Private Account" to ON. When enabled, only confirmed friends can view your posts, reflection history, and badges.
Tap "Forgot Password?" on the mobile sign-in screen and enter your registered email. You will receive an official recovery link. Clicking that link opens our secure Account Recovery Portal where you can enter a new password.
No. MindBook enforces strict Row-Level Security. Every prompt and diary post allows you to set your exact audience: Only Me (Private Journal), Friends Only, or Public. Private reflections cannot be queried or viewed by anyone else.
Tap the three dots (•••) on any post or comment and select "Report Post". Choose the violation reason. Our safety review team investigates reports within 24 hours. Offending material is removed immediately.
Go to Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Alternatively, submit a request on our Account & Data Deletion Portal. All credentials, posts, photos, and messages are permanently purged within 48 hours.
