Delete your MindBook account & data
In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy and global privacy laws, you can permanently delete your MindBook account and all associated personal data at any time.
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All your reflections, mood logs, uploaded photos, friends connections, and earned badges will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
1 Option A: Delete from the MindBook Mobile App
If you have access to your mobile phone or tablet:
- Open the MindBook app.
- Tap your profile avatar or the Settings icon in the top right.
- Select Account Settings.
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password to verify ownership. Your account is deleted immediately.
2 Option B: Submit a Web Deletion Request (Without App)
If you have uninstalled the app or lost device access, fill out the official verification form below:
What data is deleted?
Once your deletion request is processed, the following items are permanently destroyed:
- Your account credentials, password salt, and email authentication records.
- Profile information, biographical text, and uploaded avatar/banner images.
- All authored reflections, diary posts, and comments.
- All private mood logs, gratitude entries, and challenge streak histories.
- Friendship graphs and notification tokens.
